Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
We usually ship within two business days depending upon the number of orders we are processing. Occasionally, an item may be on back order and may take longer. If an item needs to be shipped via truck, additional processing time is required. Please contact us for delivery times. If an item is a special order item or a large item, additional processing time might be required. Freight Insurance is included on all orders at our cost.
Shipping Methods
We offer these shipping methods for most items:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Two-Day Shipping
Keep in mind that shipping times do not include processing time and generally takes two business days to process. We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your order to you within the promised time frame.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused beyond the shipper (UPS, DHL, Federal Express, USPS, etc.) including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; riots, strikes, or other labor disputes; civil commotions; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks such as weather phenomena; epidemics, pandemics, and natural disasters, shall not be our responsibility. Please contact the shipping company directly. The shipping company does not provide refund for shipping for the above cases, and nor can we (for shipping charges) if your package does not get delivered.
Split Shipments
Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments.
Shipping Providers
We usually ship via all the major shipping providers which include: UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight & Con-way Freight.
Shipping Regulated Materials
Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, items that contain regulated or hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air (Priority or Express). They typically fall into one of two categories:
- Aerosol products in pressurized spray cans
- Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Cumberland Mall Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
All orders that include a valid email address will be sent an order confirmation of price (including shipping and taxes) by email, within one business day. This is usually followed by a shipping notification when the item is shipped. For most orders, the shipping notification includes ship date, carrier and tracking number (if applicable).
Canceling Your Order
You may be able to cancel your order before it is released to the warehouse for processing. However, once an order is released to the warehouse for processing, it can no longer be canceled. Normally this occurs within 24 hours, but at times it can take into effect sooner. If a cancellation is needed, please contact customer service immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
US Tax Policies
Cumberland Mall Boutique operates in 1410 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta, GA 30339 and law requires Cumberland Mall Boutique to collect all taxes that are applicable, based on the order’s “Ship-To” ZIP code. Be advised that some states require a tax on delivery and/or gift wrap charges as well. For online orders, all applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at checkout time. Note: Tax rates are subject to change at any time.
Damages
Cumberland Mall Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Cumberland Mall Boutique currently does not ship outside the U.S.
